We are seeking a dedicated and organized receptionist/ office assistant to assist our team during the upcoming busy season.
Position Overview:
As the receptionist/office assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors.
Key
Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Manage appointment schedule.
Handle incoming and outgoing email, mail, and packages.
Scanning information into our document management system Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing.
Packaging client copies of completed tax returns.
Ensure the reception area is clean and organized.
Collaborate with team members to support the overall efficiency of the office.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
Ability to follow written instructions.
Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
