Our restaurant is seeking servers who are excited to join our team and uphold our company's vision and standards.
The ideal candidate for this role must have experience in a high volume, casual dining environment and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, team environment.
Weekends are a must, including Sundays, with a mix of AM and PM shifts.
Responsibilities:
Handle money and valuables equitably and responsibly, following established procedures and operating cash registers.
Handle multiple responsibilities such as cleaning, ticketing, and delivering food.
Serve food in a timely and efficient manner, serving customers with courtesy.
Works as part of a team of wait staff.
Work under pressure during peak hours.
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in the state of Idaho.
Skills 3 years front of house experience, including experience as a server, or bartender Beer knowledge is preferred but not required.
We do have 45 rotating taps as well as a full cocktail and wine menu.
Understanding of food, beer, wine, and cocktail menus Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks Familiar with industry's best practice Job Types:
